SYNPOSIS

In the weird and wonderful world of contemporary classical music chairs and cars become musical instruments, images and drawings are musical scores, and the music itself is often fiendishly difficult to play.

Kyla Brettle speaks with young composers Kate Neal and Martin Mackerras about their work and what being a composer means in contemporary Australian society.
